At The Birdbox Project, we offer a 7-day exchange policy only. We do not provide return or refund.

Customers must request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Used or damaged products will not be accepted.

To request an exchange, contact us at mailbirdbox@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, exchange instructions will be shared.

Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested item or size is not available, we may offer an alternative product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and exchange shipping costs may be applicable.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or video).
